How much will my order cost to send?
We are presently offering free standard shipping across Australia on all orders . No minimum spend required. We also offer Express Shipping within Australia for 20.00 AUD with Au Post. Shipping to United States and New Zealand is as per the Australia Post and UPS services.
Where do you ship to?
We are presently shipping to Australia , New Zealand , Singapore, UK , Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain ,and the United States.
You should be able to select the shipping method at check out. If you are from anywhere else or have an issue placing your order, please send us a mail or contact us via our social media pages , and we would love to send you your favourite products at the best rates possible.
How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days .
The standard domestic delivery takes about 2-4 business days , generally depending the time of the year .Public holidays and busy shopping periods such as BFCM and Christmas may affect dispatch and delivery times. It may take up to 4 business days to dispatch your orders. Delivery will depend on Au post timelines.
We use Au Post and other domestic couriers for deliveries . We are now offering Express Deliveries with Au Post that would help you get your orders faster, however, we do not guarantee deliveries by a specific date.
Your order will be fully trackable. Once it's dispatched, you'll get a tracking number.
International orders will have costs and times mentioned next to the options at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, however please reach out to us as soon as you find out out about the change.
