How can I purchase your products?
You can purchase your products right here at our online store. We do not have a physical store yet.
Do I have to create an account?
This is optional . By creating an account, you will be able to check out faster; save multiple shipping addresses; access your order history; track new orders; and save items to your wish list. You will also be given the opportunity to create an account after you make your initial purchase - all you need to do is add a password.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept debit/credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Paypal as of now. We now also have the 'afterpay' option.
Will my payment be secure?
Our website is as secure as we can possibly make it. All credit card transactions are processed using the Shopify gateway, who use industry leading technology to keep your information safe.
Are my personal details safe?
Your privacy is important to us. All personal details provided will remain with Decor Mantra and we will not, under any circumstances, be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for our use only. For more information, please read our Privacy and Security Policy.
Can I change my personal information?
Yes. Your details can be updated by signing into your account via the website.
Where are your products made ?
As of now, all our products are ethically handmade in India. We are working with fair trade organizations, social enterprises and individual artisans to help keep their traditional practices alive. Through our business we aim to benefit the maker, sell products that are sustainable and eco friendly and only work with ethical businesses.
Do you ship to the US or Canada or UK ?
We are keen to start selling and shipping our fabulous items to some international locations in the coming months. Just working out the logistics and trying to get the best and the most reliable shipping rates. We are presently shipping items on a per order basis to the US.
