How can I purchase your products?
You can purchase your products right here at our online store. We do not have a physical store yet.

Do I have to create an account?
This is optional . By creating an account, you will be able to check out faster; save multiple shipping addresses; access your order history; track new orders; and save items to your wish list. You will also be given the opportunity to create an account after you make your initial purchase - all you need to do is add a password.

What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept debit/credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and, apple pay, google pay and Paypal as of now. We now also have the 'afterpay'  option. 

Will my payment be secure?
Our website is as secure as we can possibly make it. All credit card transactions are processed using the Shopify gateway, who use industry leading technology to keep your information safe. 

Are my personal details safe?

Your privacy is important to us. All personal details provided will remain with Decor Mantra Australia and we will not, under any circumstances, be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for our use only. For more information, please read our Privacy and Security Policy.

Can I change my personal information?
Yes. Your details can be updated by signing into your account via the website.

Where are your products made ?

 As of now, all our products are ethically handmade in India. We are working with fair trade organizations, social enterprises and individual artisans to help keep their traditional practices alive. Through our business we aim to benefit the maker, sell products that are sustainable and eco friendly and only work with ethical businesses. 

Where do I find my tracking number?

You can find it on the shipping update mail that we send as soon as your order is shipped. It will contain the Au Post tracking number. 

What if tracking shows no updates?

Please send us an email and we will open a ticket with Au Post and continue to track it until we get a response from them. 

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it

Please ensure you check your local P.O. and ask neighbours. If you still cannot find it, we will open a ticket with Au post on your behalf to track it.

How do I change my delivery address?

Send us an email on hello@decormantra.com.au as soon as you realize you want to change it. 

What if my package is delayed?

If you have paid for an "express order ", which is delayed from our side, we will compensate you for it. If it is delayed by Au Post, there is not much we can do , and we can ask for a refund from them.
