Can I return a product?
Yes absolutely. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There is no restocking fee. To be eligible for a return , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Wrong or faulty goods :-
If you receive wrong, damaged or faulty goods ( from our side) , please contact us via email on hello@decormantra.com.au , with a photo of the product and details of the fault, and we will refund you 100 % of the purchase cost plus return postage charges to our address.
Change of mind / exchange:-
If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind you'll have to cover return shipping to us via post and that it must arrive back in sellable condition. We will then offer you a 100% refund of the purchase cost, an exchange or a replacement, based on your preference. We would not be able to refund postage charges on 'change of mind' returns.
Refunds:-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 48 hours . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in the same mail.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and you will get an email to notify the same. Maximum time of processing a refund is 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS :-
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return postage :-
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item initially. In case of faulty goods, as mentioned above, we will refund you the shipping costs too.
When shipping the item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, and share it with us for tracking.
