Shipping Policy

How much will my order cost to send?

 We are presently offering free standard shipping across Australia on all orders . No minimum spend required. We also offer Express Shipping within Australia for 25.00 AUD with Au Post. 

Where do you ship to?

We are presently shipping to Australia only. 

You should be able to select the shipping method at check out. If you are from anywhere else or have an issue placing your order,  please send us a mail or contact us via our social media pages , and we would love to send you your favorite products at the best rates possible. 

How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days using Au post. 

Shipping cut off time as per Au Post guidelines. 

The standard domestic delivery takes about 2-4 business days , generally depending the time of the year .Public holidays and busy shopping periods such as BFCM and Christmas may affect dispatch and delivery times. It may take up to 4 business days to dispatch your orders. Delivery will depend on Au post timelines. 

 We use Au Post for all deliveries . We are also offering Express Deliveries with Au Post that would help you get your orders faster, however, we do not guarantee deliveries by a specific date. With express shipping, you orders might reach you in 2-3 business days.  

 Your order will be fully trackable. Once it's dispatched, you'll get an Au post tracking number in your email. You can track that shipment on Au post website. 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, however please reach out to us as soon as you find out out about the change. 

What if I require my order urgently?

We are now offering Express Deliveries with Au Post that would help you get your orders faster, however, we do not guarantee deliveries by a specific date.

What if I my shipment is lost or delayed ?

Please send us a mail and we ll open a ticket with au post to locate your order. If it is misplaced by Au post, we will send you a replacement. 

Where are your products made ?

 As of now, all our products are ethically handmade in India. We are working with fair trade organizations, social enterprises and individual artisans to help keep their traditional practices alive. Through our business we aim to benefit the maker, sell products that are sustainable and eco friendly and only work with ethical businesses. 

Where do I find my tracking number?

You can find it on the shipping update mail that we send as soon as your order is shipped. It will contain the Au Post tracking number. 

What if tracking shows no updates?

Please send us an email and we will open a ticket with Au Post and continue to track it until we get a response from them. 

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it

Please ensure you check your local P.O. and ask neighbours. If you still cannot find it, we will open a ticket with Au post on your behalf to track it.

How do I change my delivery address?

Send us an email on hello@decormantra.com.au as soon as you realize you want to change it. 

What if my package is delayed?

If you have paid for an "express order ", which is delayed from our side, we will compensate you for it. If it is delayed by Au Post, there is not much we can do , and we can ask for a refund from them.
